Job Description
Portcities is looking for a motivated and ambitious Consulting Intern to join our team in Indonesia. This role involves supporting the analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of technology solutions that address clients' business needs. The Intern Consulting works closely with senior consultants and clients, contributing to the success of projects through both technical and functional support.
Your core objectives will be :
- Assist in analyzing client business processes and requirements under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Support the preparation of functional specifications, UAT Plans, test cases, flowcharts, and diagrams.
- Participate in the full project delivery cycle - from software configuration to go-live by providing documentation and testing support.
- Conduct internal testing on configurations or developments before UAT, with supervision.
- Help create user manuals and training materials for end-users.
- Provide basic user support and assist in troubleshooting Odoo-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integration activities.
- Research Odoo features, modules, and updates to suggest potential improvements.
- Assist the sales and consulting teams during pre-sales activities, including demo preparation and presentations.
- Support the preparation of presentation slides and meeting minutes (MoM) in English or other languages as required.
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Information Systems/Computer Science/Business/Accounting/Management.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships with internal teams, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners.
- Communication and Presentation: Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and solutions to clients.
- Problem-Solving: Master in the art of asking the right questions to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Adaptability: A fast learning who can quickly adapt to changing environments and technologies.
- Language Skills: Native/Fluent in English is required.
- Open for Indonesian nationals and expatriates.
- Available for a minimum internship period of 6 months.
- Based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
