Job Description
To provide seamless and highly confidential support to the CEO on both personal and professional administrative matters. Your role is to handle complex logistics and administrative tasks efficiently, freeing up the CEO's time to focus on strategic priorities.
Your core objectives will be :
1. Personal Support for the CEO
- Personal Administration: Manage and execute personal administrative tasks with the utmost discretion, including visa applications, personal insurance renewals, and other confidential paperwork.
- Travel & Logistics: Assist in the planning and booking of personal holidays and family trips, managing all related logistics from flights and accommodation to itineraries.
2. Professional Administrative Support for the CEO
- Business Travel: Organize all aspects of the CEO’s international business travel, including flights, visas, accommodation, ground transportation, and meeting coordination.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle other ad-hoc professional administrative duties for the CEO as required.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience working as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive, , with a strong understanding of executive-level priorities and demands.
- Highly Trustworthy & Discreet: Must handle confidential personal and professional matters with absolute trustworthiness, professionalism, and discretion.
- Exceptionally Organized: Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and priorities with precision, attention to detail, and strong time management.
- Proactive & Resourceful: Capable of anticipating needs, identifying solutions independently, and operating effectively in a remote and international setting.
- Excellent Communicator: Fluent in English (both written and verbal); proficiency in French will be considered a strong advantage.
- Flexible: Comfortable working part-time and adjusting to evolving priorities or schedules as required.
